Kagigori, かき氷, super chilled out Japanese words that means Japanese shaved ice. It is a cooling dessert that can be found everywhere in Japan, in festivals, restaurants, convenience stores especially during the hot summer months to cool down the heat.

• Designer's Random Fact: Whenever we visit Japan we love having a kagigori, it’s lovely and refreshing. The process of seeing the ice being shaved into snow like texture, and then with fruit syrups and ice cream is a cooling bliss. Our favourite is the watermelon one, hence the colour of the card!
