Packing & Dispatch
We think it's important that a smile and a giggle be part of all our processes from design to dispatch. It's our take on a virtuous smile circle. We want the people who help us make you giggle to smile, too. This means for packing and dispatch we proudly work with a social enterprise in Leeds, in West Yorkshire. The social enterprise supports and trains mentally and physically disabled adults particularly individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.
We use a trackable service for shipping. The First Class Signed For service, with Royal Mail.
Shipping will be by Royal Mail First Class Signed For:
Small — £2.50 flat rate
Medium — £3.50 flat rate
Large — £4.50 flat rate
We also offer next day signed for / Saturday delivery if required as shipping options.
International Shipping (Global, Non-UK)
Shipping will be by weight / size:
Small — £7 flat rate
Large — £10 flat rate
Once your order and payment are received. We will pack and ship your order.
It takes us 1-3 working days to get your order ready. Once shipped, we will notify you via email the tracking numbers.
International Shipping Customs and Duties
We are not responsible to pay for any import duties at destination. The customer will be responsible to clear and pay any relevant import duties that may apply for international shipping.
Trackable Mail Service
We use a trackable mail service to ensure the goodies arrive safely to you. This also means that you need to be responsible to collect your shipment.
Should your shipment be uncollected and be returned to us. In order to redeliver the shipment we will charge you postage again.
Returns & Exchanges
We would love for you to be happy with the products you have chosen. However, should you wish to Return & Exchange a product here are the processes.
For any returns, we will need the returns to be returned to us in its original packaging and in unused conditions.
Fill in the Contact Form below and let us know your order number, and the items you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of items
Once we have received the returns information, we will send you an email acknowledgement
Please send us the returns by a trackable mail service and inform us of the tracking number within 14 days of acknowledgement of returns
Once we have received the returns and check the conditions of the products we will issue a refund ( less shipping charges ).
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process on receipt of the items.
Unfortunately, we do not handle exchanges as we have to wait for the returns to check the conditions before an exchange can be issued.
Hence we believe the quickest possible way for you to receive your desired goodies, will be by sending us back the returns following the returns process highlighted above and make a new order with the goods you desire.
Faulty / Missing Items
If the item you received is faulty, or different to what you have originally ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items via the contact form below and we will work with you for a refund / replacement.
